100% Recyclable Car Concept
Mercedes’ “Recy” is a
California roadster made from wood, allows, glass, and metal, and is
100% recyclable. Other Design Challenge entrants, yet to be unveiled,
will come from Audi, Acura, Honda, Mini and yes, Hummer, so lots of eco

Pedal Power…
Toyota
has designed a concept car for that time when we’ll all be towing our
Priuses with a team of horses, calling its creation a Renewable
Lifestyle Vehicle (RLV). It takes the word “hybrid” to the next level,
splitting its powertrain between pedal power and a battery-powered electric motor.
